Mr. Umesh Gupta is a distinguished geo-mining professional with over 30 years of experience in mineral resource evaluation, mine planning, regulatory compliance, and sustainable mining practices. During his tenure with the Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM), he specialized in mineral resource appraisal and estimation under UNFC / CRIRSCO frameworks for major metallic and industrial minerals.
 
His expertise includes Mining Plans and Mine Closure Plans of medium to large mining projects. However, on the sidelines, experience in Amenability to beneficiation studies of low-grade and lean ores, National Mineral Inventory (NMI) updation as per UNFC  and analysis of mineral demand–supply scenarios. He has also contributed to technical consultancy, capacity building, and sustainable resource utilization initiatives.

Dr. Devarajan Mylappally (MAusIMM)

Dr. Devarajan is  one of India’s leading exploration geologists with nearly four decades of experience in India and abroad.  He began his career with the Geological Survey of India (GSI) in  1989 and transitioned to the private sector in 2006.

He headed the exploration department of Geomysore Services, Bangalore, India, between 2014 and 2019. He planned and executed the resource drilling in the Jonnagiri gold project in India, followed by Feasibility Studies.

Dr. Devarajan has also conducted exploration and resource drilling programs for gold in the Lake Victoria Gold Field of Tanzania, and the Birimian belt of  Mali and Burkina Faso.    Devarajan has worked with industry leaders in the geological interpretation and target generation using aero-geophysical data for two of India’s aero-geophysical survey blocks.

Mr. Kumar possesses in-depth expertise in regulatory compliance, safe transportation of hazardous products, and digital monitoring systems supporting complex logistics operations across India.
 
Mr. Kumar has specialized in establishing automotive service infrastructure networks, workshops, and fleet automation systems. He has also successfully managed multidisciplinary teams and multi-chemical petroleum terminal operations, consistently delivering operational efficiency, quality, safety, security, and profitability.

A graduate of the Indian School of Mines (1984), he began his career with Western Coalfields Limited and went on to serve across several Coal India Limited subsidiaries, including Central Coalfields Limited and Eastern Coalfields Limited.
 
During his distinguished career, he held key leadership positions, including General Manager (Mining) and Head of the Contract Management Cell at Central Coalfields Limited.
